Valar provides an AI-powered litigation platform that includes case analysis, document management, AI-assisted research and drafting, docket monitoring, and related tools for legal professionals. The Services are designed to assist, not replace, professional legal judgment.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Services
• Share AI-generated outputs as if they were human-authored legal opinions without appropriate review
• Use the Services to violate attorney-client privilege or ethical obligations

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by Valar and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it as necessary to provide the Services.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated analyses, drafts, and recommendations provided through the Services are for informational and assistive purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice. All AI outputs should be reviewed by qualified legal professionals before use in any legal proceeding or decision-making.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
